Our own parents and grandparents relied on home care and NDIS providers, and we saw firsthand how difficult it could be to find reliable people who genuinely cared. Services were sometimes inconsistent, standards weren’t always where they should have been, and our family members didn’t always receive the respect and attention they deserved.

Watching the people we love experience this made us realise that something needed to change.

We started Pristine Care Australia because we believed participants and their families deserved better — not just someone turning up to complete a job, but a dependable team that listens, cares and takes pride in the service they provide.

What began with a desire to improve cleaning and support services for vulnerable people has grown into a family-owned cleaning and property maintenance company supporting homes, businesses, real estate agencies, strata properties, aged-care clients and NDIS participants across Sydney.

That is why Pristine Care Australia exists — to provide the level of care and service we once wished our own loved ones had received.
